Gently marinaded pork on a bed of steamed Pak Choy and rice. Nom.
First I marinaded the pork in ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, honey, brown sugar and yellow bean paste. It was then roasted on a rack over a water filled dish for 30 minutes.
The rice was cooked, with the Pak Choy steamed over it. The remaining marinade was then heated through and drizzled over the sliced pork. A sprinkle of sesame seeds finished off this meal. A happy Mr M gave it an 8.
