Mmm, piquant chicken with pretty pink peppercorns, soy and ginger.
Basically chicken pieces were fried until brown with the peppercorns and ginger. A chilli was added to the pan with some water to allow the chicken to cook through. Served with spring onions, soy sauce and rice. Simple and quick, 7.5.
