Lamb keema curry

Another freestyle effort and a cheap one. All in, including adding cous cous to the leftovers for lunch tomorrow, it probably adds up to less than four pounds.

A few dried red chillies, black peppercorns and black cardomom were fried off briefly before adding lamb mince, a tin of chopped tomatoes and the leftover red paste from last week. After a while of bubbling away I tasted it and decided it needed more flavour so added turmeric and red chilli powder. A generous amount of frozen peas finished off the curry.

Mrs M made another batch of the great naan bread which was perfect. She scored the meal 8 out if 10th.
