Todays offering was mushroom Biryani. Mushrooms were stuffed with cottage cheese, cashew nuts, ginger and cumin.
The sauce was a mix of caramelised onions, yogurt, cashew nut paste, garlic, ginger, garam masala, chilli powder and turmeric. The rice was partially cooked, then this was mixed with the sauce and the stuffed mushrooms.
